The symptoms of motion sickness are nausea, dizziness, and vomiting, which may be brought on by car, boat, and air travel; car sickness affects young children more than adults, while sea and air sickness can occur at any age.

Cocculus - This remedy covers all the symptoms so try it first.  You desperately want to lie down and food, or even the thought of food, can bring about a feeling of nausea.

Tabacum - You experience extreme nausea and violent vomiting form the slightest motion.  You look very pale, sweat profusely, and feel better in cool fresh air.
